About Nuxeo
Nuxeo is a content services platform that helps enterprises manage, store and deliver digital content at scale. With a strong product but limited organic visibility, Nuxeo needed a content partner to build a roadmap that captured high-intent traffic and drove pipeline.
The challenge
Nuxeo had good content but no strategy behind it. Posts were published without keyword targeting, topical structure or a link to buyer intent.
- No internal linking: content sat in silos with no connections between related pages
- No commercial content: most posts targeted awareness, missing buyers searching for solutions
- No topical authority: competitors owned entire topic clusters, not just keywords
- No roadmap: the team was guessing what to write next
What Qube did
We worked with Nuxeo’s marketing team to build a full-year content strategy, from research to a prioritised execution roadmap.
- 01
Keyword research and opportunity analysis
We identified 2,500+ keywords across the buyer journey and mapped volume, intent, difficulty and revenue potential for each.
- 02
Topical mapping
We organised the keywords into 8 topic clusters around Nuxeo’s core solutions, each with a pillar page and supporting content.
- 03
Commercial intent first
We prioritised the high-intent keywords competitors ranked for: the terms buyers use when they are ready to purchase.
- 04
Internal linking and a 12-month calendar
We designed a linking structure that passes authority to commercial pages, and delivered 100+ pieces prioritised by impact, with titles, target keywords and briefs.
The results
- Monthly organic traffic up 156% (24.5K to 62.8K) over 12 months
- Ranking keywords up 231% (2,547 to 8,432)
- 2,500+ keywords mapped to the buyer journey
- 8 topic clusters designed to build topical authority
- 100+ content pieces planned and prioritised
